Meet the Roommates

Cigi & Natalie were roommates at TTU. A lot of life has changed since then, but they're still the same girls who enjoy the finer things in life: a good cup of coffee, a big laugh with a friend, and a great bargain.

Cigi England

Cigi graduated from TTU in 2006 and left for Atlanta to begin her career in the fashion industry. 8 years ago, she opened Cigi's Boutique in Cookeville, providing affordable fashion and accessories for women. Cigi is passionate about giving back to her community. She is involved in many local organizations and serves on the Board of Rising Above Ministries. Cigi is also the Founder and Board President of the Exceptional Bean which provides employment opportunities to individuals with special needs, cultivates a community of inclusivity, and serves a delicious cup of coffee. She, her husband, Michael, and their puppy, Styles, call Cookeville home.

Natalie Stout

Natalie is a 2006 graduate of TTU and is a Real Estate Broker & Owner of the Realty Firm in Tennessee. She is an award winning & top producing realtor and real estate investor. Since she and her business partner, Kim, founded The Realty Firm in 2012, their operations have grown to 5 locations serving both Kentucky and Tennessee markets.

Her passion is in selling and helping others invest in real estate. A hard worker and believer in the Golden Rule, Natalie has built a team and reputation that reflect those values. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys running barrels and roping calves in the rodeo world. She was born and raised in the Upper Cumberland and is a country girl at heart.
